Fuller Residence
The owners of this once colonial-revival Dunthorpe home wanted a more open interior plan with subtle transitions and improved flow from room to room. We worked closely with builder Don Tankersley to clear out the interior walls and install mahogany and glass partitions that allow glimpses between rooms. New mahogany windows and doors create greater connection between inside and out. Warm off-white walls and natural materials provide a tranquil setting for the client's art collection. The exteriors repainted dark bronze tone and copper roof compliment the verdant landscape. The garden side terrace was built over an expanded daylight basement with it's existing floors lowered for greater headroom.
